Alumni & Friends of ERA

Rowing is a sport that requires synchronicity; the need to collaborate with other people is crucial for success. The basis of this collaboration is trust and teamwork.

There are a number of people that believe in the great things that happen down at the boathouse.  They know that crew is a sport that demands commitment and teamwork.  They believe in what this sport can do for our men, women, boys and girls that go to work on the river every day. That belief turns into support of our team each year, and we want to thank everyone committed to the success of Everett Rowing!

For a rower:  Who is going to make a sacrifice with 500 meters to go if there is no confidence in or concern for your teammates? Rowers will tell you that when a team mate misses practice, the entire crew misses out. The commitment to our teammates is crucial for our success.

For our friends, family, alumni, and community:  We all know what it feels like to be cheered on in the last 500 meters of a race from the shore; and we know that the support of our friends, family, alumni and community keeps the legacy of Everett Rowing competitive and successful.
