PRIVATE LESSONS
Private Lessons are offered to adults 18 and over and intended to support the skill development of racers and recreational rowers who would like personalized coaching. This can help new and experienced rowers that want to compete at the highest level of the sport or enable a social engagement with longtime friends.
Private Lessons are offered to both members and non-members at the same rate of $90 per 1.5 hr. session. ERA offers use of club boats and launches.
SUMMARY
$90 for 1.5 hours of coaching ($120 for 2 hrs. of coaching) up to 4 rowers.
Additional rowers up to 8 are $20 per person.
Coxswain is free, and we can support you finding a coxswain if you don’t have one.
Maximum boats allowed is at the discretion of the coach. Factors that will influence maximum boat quantity is safety, weather, river conditions, and rower’s skill level.
Registration and Payment: Registration and payment is required in advance of lesson. One total registration to be submitted and rowers that are splitting the total amount can reconcile the invoice between themselves.

Swim Test
All ERA members are required to have a swim test on file.
For adult non-members, a swim test declaration is available only if time does not allow for completion of a swim test prior to private lesson.
