ERA staff work hard, serve others, and care deeply about the sport of rowing, the community, and the environment. Our coaches encourage and inspire all athletes to develop, to pull together as one, and to overcome challenges on and off the water. They create an inclusive and welcoming place for members to escape the stresses of school, work, and life leading to personal improvement and positive life change.
