Stewardship
ERA maintains a strong focus on caring for our waterways, equipment, and most importantly, our people. We have a strong legacy of former athletes becoming coaches with 50% of our staff being former program alumni. This long-term investment has allowed our organization to thrive for over 40 years.
Personal Development
ERA is dedicated to maximizing each staff member’s potential and helping its staff grow through professional development and career building. Our athletes and staff have gone on to become Head Coaches of their respective programs, Executive Directors, and even Olympians. We believe that through continuous learning we can help staff develop confidence, courage, and self-knowledge that enables lifelong success both at ERA and beyond!
