HIGH SCHOOL TEAM

Ian and Dustin.JPG

Racing against the best teams in the nation, our high school age youth learn how hard work pays off at the finish line and in life.

These future leaders develop commitment, confidence, humility, and strength of character.  The youth teams take pride in each other, their friendships, and demonstrate how powerful community can be.

Unlike a lot of other competitive team sports, everyone participates. Everyone rows and everyone races! We create a culture of lifting each other up by working hard and having fun!

Need- based financial aid is available.

At ERA we believe any young person who wants to row should have the opportunity to do so, regardless of background or economic circumstances.  To make this possible, we have partnered with the George Pocock Rowing Foundation to administer and fund our need-based financial aid so that all young people can row.

Spring season starts with land conditioning in January until we move back onto the water in February. As the weather warms up so do the athletes into our championship season each year. The spring season includes multiple local regattas, a spring training trip and the NW Regional Championships on Vancouver Lake, Vancouver, Wa.
